Estranged siblings Bellatine and Isaac are brought together by a peculiar inheritance: a sentient house on chicken legs named Thistlefoot. This magical house has traveled from Ukraine to America, pursued by a shadowy figure with dangerous secrets. As the siblings reunite with Thistlefoot to revive their family's traveling theater show, they must confront a dark past that has followed them across the country.
