Synopsis

There's Something About Merry is the second book in Codi Hall's Mistletoe Romance series, set in the year-round Christmas town of Mistletoe, Idaho.

Merry Winters is ambitious, kind, and relentlessly festive. Clark Griffin runs a Christmas tree farm, is raising his son alone, and has decided that Merry is a friend and nothing more. Both of them are also messaging a stranger online, and neither has worked out who is on the other end.

Hall plays the setup for warmth rather than farce, with a meddling kid, a tree farm in December, and a small town that has opinions about everyone's love life. It is a steamy contemporary romcom that can be read on its own, though characters from the first book turn up. Expect explicit scenes and a firmly happy ending.
