Synopsis

After a whirlwind romance, Megan and Nick buy a beautiful beach house and start building the life they had imagined together. Then the couple next door come back from a cruise. Ron and Jackie are loud, entitled and relentless: a home cinema turned up to the walls, endless building work, and a kennel of dogs that bark through the night.

What begins as an irritation hardens into a siege. Megan discovers she is pregnant just as the house stops feeling like a refuge, and every attempt to reason with the neighbours makes things worse. The stress bleeds into the marriage, and Megan starts to wonder how far she is willing to go to get her home back.

Caleb Crowe's domestic thriller trades on an ordinary, recognisable grievance and pushes it steadily past the point of no return, toward a twist that recasts what came before.
