The Wolf Tree

On the barren, windswept Scottish island of Eilean Eadar, a young man is found dead at the base of a lighthouse famous for a 1919 disappearance. Glasgow detective inspectors Georgina "George" Lennox and her partner Richie arrive to investigate, only to face hostile locals and an enigmatic priest. As George struggles with the aftermath of a devastating accident, she begins to hear wolves howling and see dark figures in the night, while Richie fears she is on the verge of a breakdown.
