The Winter Solstice Gift

A cozy holiday short story visiting our favorite characters from the Books of Dubious Origin series from New York Times bestselling author Jenn McKinlay.

A promise made when she was young has kept witch librarian Zoe Ziakas from using her magical powers for most of her life. But now she works with a collection of otherworldly tomes in a special department in the Museum of Literature and her found family of co-workers are teaching her the mystical enchantment of the winter solstice. As the Yule log burns, Zoe embraces her new life, learning that even during the darkest night, the light will return.
