The Welcome Committee of Butternut Creek

When a new minister arrives in Butternut Creek, he's immediately taken under the wing of the town's formidable welcome committee, led by the matchmaking 'Widows.' Their initial attempts to find him a wife prove unsuccessful, so they set their sights on another newcomer: Sam, an Afghan vet who prefers to be left alone. The Widows, however, see his reluctance as a challenge and begin scheming to pair him with Willow, his physical therapist and a divorced mother wary of new relationships.
