Synopsis
Georgia rents out her country home for the month of August and takes her husband Tom and their young daughter to the Connecticut shore, hoping the change will ease the tension in their marriage. All they leave behind is a set of keys, handed to a stranger.
For Anna, the house in the woods is an escape from a New York City summer and from an affair that is going nowhere. But Anna did not choose this house at random, and Georgia has kept things from her own family for years.
