Synopsis

Angie DeSaria returns to her Pacific Northwest hometown, heartbroken after a divorce and years of struggling to conceive. Taking over her family's restaurant, her life changes when she hires Lauren, a troubled seventeen-year-old. A deep bond forms between them, and when Lauren is abandoned, Angie offers her a place to stay. This act of kindness leads to unforeseen challenges for both women, one longing for a child and the other for a mother's love.
