🪄 The Tales of Beedle the Bard 🪄
Okay, this one actually got me WAY more into the Harry Potter world. 😭🕯️
I’m gonna be real — this book is definitely more childish than the main Harry Potter books, but honestly? I didn’t even give a s•••. 😭🪄 It has such a cute, magical and cozy feeling that I actually felt like I was inside the Harry Potter universe while reading it.
I could literally lie in bed, open this book and suddenly feel like I was sitting somewhere in the wizarding world, reading old magical fairy tales. And THAT is exactly the kind of feeling I want from Harry Potter. 🖤📖✨
I also really loved the fact that these are basically wizarding fairy tales. It makes the book feel different from the main series, but in a really nice way. Some of the stories are funny, some are weird as hell, and some actually have a deeper meaning behind them. 😭
And honestly, I think that’s one of the best things about this book — it isn’t just random magical stories. The tales have lessons and ideas behind them, so while it’s definitely more childish, it’s also kind of educational. You’re basically reading fairy tales from the wizarding world while also learning something from them. 🕯️📚
Compared to the first two Harry Potter books, this one somehow made me feel more connected to the magical world. I wasn’t sitting there thinking “okay, when is something finally going to happen?” — I was actually enjoying the atmosphere. And that s••• WORKED. 😭🪄
At the same time, I wouldn’t say it’s some super intense, dramatic masterpiece. It’s short, simple and definitely aimed at a younger audience. But I think that’s actually what makes it work as a supplement to Harry Potter. It feels like you’re getting a little extra piece of the universe instead of just another main story.
So yeah — more childish? Definitely. Magical as f•••? Absolutely. A good addition to Harry Potter? 100%. 🖤🪄
It gave me that feeling of lying in bed with a book and suddenly being somewhere completely different, and honestly, that’s probably what I loved most about it. 🕯️📖
Final rating: 9/10 🪄🖤
Would I reread it? Probably, when I want something short and magical.
Would I recommend it? Absolutely, especially as a little extra book for Harry Potter fans. ✨
