Synopsis

Nearing the end of his life, financier Harry Wainwright makes a final pilgrimage to a rustic fishing camp in Maine, a place that has offered him solace for decades. He arrives with a wish for one last day of fishing and a significant bequest that will forever alter the lives of those around him. Awards for his fiction include the Stephen Crane Prize, a Whiting Writers’ Award, and a Pew Fellowship in the Arts.
