Synopsis

Isabel, Lady Pelham, and Gerard Faulkner, Marquess of Grayson, entered into a marriage of convenience: they shared lusty appetites, kept separate paramours, and agreed never to fall in love. A shocking betrayal sends Gerard away for four years, and when he returns he is no longer the carefree rake Isabel married but a brooding, powerful man determined to seduce his own wife into genuine affection. Set in Regency-era London, it is a steamy second-chance romance about two people reckoning with the love neither expected to want.
