The Strange Tale of Panorama Island

A failed novelist, Hitomi Hirosuke, discovers an uncanny resemblance to a recently deceased industrialist's son. Seizing the opportunity, Hitomi fakes his own death, disposes of the other man's body, and orchestrates his reappearance on a beach near the wealthy family's estate. He then assumes the identity of the dead heir, embarking on a twisted path of deception and hedonism on Panorama Island.
