Synopsis
A Boeing 777 lands at JFK Airport with all passengers dead, and a mysterious infection spreading through New York City. Dr. Ephraim Goodweather of the CDC's rapid-response Canary Project team investigates what he believes is a biological outbreak — only to discover it is something far older and more dangerous: an ancient vampire virus.
