Synopsis

In a future where imagination is outlawed, the Doctor, Rose, and Captain Jack land on a world where stories, lies, hope, and dreams are all criminal offenses. A pirate TV station broadcasts a message of rebellion, and the Doctor is eager to help, but he soon discovers that dreams can quickly turn into nightmares. With one companion hunted by shadows and another institutionalized, the Doctor must confront the dangerous power of fiction, and perhaps, the even deadlier truth.
