Synopsis
When private investigators Chet and Bernie encounter an old criminal acquaintance, Frenchie Boutette, they unexpectedly take on a new case. Frenchie's reclusive inventor brother, Ralph, has vanished with his houseboat, leading the duo into a search that initially seems tied to stolen shrimp. However, their investigation soon uncovers a more dangerous plot involving the oil industry and a looming environmental disaster.
