The Singing

Maerad and Cadvan have returned to Innail, where Maerad realizes she has been carrying the first half of the Treesong on her lyre all along. As the Landrost's forces close in, she must confront him and his dark magic and protect her home. Meanwhile, Maerad's younger brother Hem, accompanied by his companions, journeys toward her, carrying the second half of the Treesong. The two halves must be united to complete the song and save the world from the encroaching darkness.
