The seven deadly sins
Ian Fleming, the creator of James Bond, originally conceived of a series exploring the Seven Deadly Sins. While that project didn't come to fruition for the Sunday Times, it inspired this 1962 collection of essays. Featuring contributions from esteemed English writers, the book examines both the traditional sins and Fleming's own proposed 'deadlier' vices, as they appear in his iconic novels.
