Synopsis

Miss Eliza Cade made a foolish mistake at fourteen that has kept her out of Society ever since — barred from her debut until all three of her older sisters are wed. Trying hard to be good, she keeps colliding — and, worse, kissing — notorious rake Harry Wright (J. Harrison Wright), heir to the Duke of Shiffield and the subject of every scandal sheet in London. Told across a series of vignettes spanning roughly four years, this Regency novella follows Eliza's losing battle against the sensual pull of a man she knows is wrong for her, and Harry's slow, hard-won journey toward proving himself worthy of her. Originally published in the e-book anthology Three Weddings and a Murder.
