Four university friends reunite for a hiking trip through the dense, untouched forests of the Scandinavian Arctic Circle. Hoping to ease the growing distance between them, they instead find their old bonds strained by unspoken resentments. When a shortcut leads them deep into an ancient, uncharted woodland, they discover they are not alone, and something ancient is hunting them.
