The rains of Eridan

On the beautiful planet of Eridan, biologist Theo is on an expedition when she encounters Karen, a young orphan caught in political turmoil. Together, they discover strange, mummified creatures and magnificent crystals in a nearby cave. As they bring samples back to base for study, an unexplained terror grips the human population, and then the rains begin, hinting at deeper mysteries.
