Synopsis

Bobby Western, a salvage diver, is haunted by the disappearance of his father and the suicide of his brother. When his estranged sister, Alicia, is found dead in Memphis, Bobby travels there to claim her body and uncover the truth behind her demise. He soon finds himself entangled in a dangerous mystery involving a stolen nuclear device and a shadowy conspiracy.
