Synopsis

In 1947, as India is divided, shy twelve-year-old Nisha and her Hindu family are forced to leave their home. To cope with the upheaval, Nisha begins writing in her diary to her deceased Muslim mother. Through her entries, she navigates a world in turmoil and tries to find her own voice amidst the chaos.
