This book underwhelmed me. That which I thought would be well researched facts turned out to be mostly stories with a fact sprinkled in here and there. Most of the facts, ended with the between the lines message of, "This was most likely a hoax", other chapters blatantly say that it was most likely a hoax. There were to few chapters with tested science and bizarre but true scientific facts. I wouldn't really recommend this book to anyone... Maybe this just wasn't for me but I would say that this book is better suited for those who want a story to tell at parties (although most of these chapters/stories would be found inappropriate for most party convo's) or those who love conspiracies and that which could be true, but no one knows.
