Synopsis

The Magic of Oz (1919) is L. Frank Baum's thirteenth Oz novel, published just a month after his death and completed with the help of W. Jennings Craig. It follows Kiki Aru, a Munchkin boy who discovers a powerful transformation spell, as he teams up with Ruggedo — the exiled Nome King seeking revenge on Ozma and Dorothy — to conquer the Emerald City. Their plot is thwarted by Glinda's magic, which turns them both into harmless animals forever.
