Synopsis

In 1925 Manhattan, artist Delphine Duplessi's unique "shadow portraits" expose scandalous secrets, leading to a tragedy between two brothers. Devastated, Delphine flees to the south of France, renouncing her mystical gift. There, she is drawn back into her past by her charismatic twin brother and a world-famous opera singer obsessed with ancient writings, forcing her to confront her abilities once more.
