Synopsis

Ichabod Crane, a lanky and superstitious schoolmaster, arrives in the Dutch settlement of Sleepy Hollow seeking a new life and a wealthy wife. He soon finds himself vying for the hand of Katrina Van Tassel against the swaggering local favorite, Brom Bones, but his romantic aspirations are overshadowed by local legends — particularly the tale of a vengeful headless horseman. A fateful journey home one autumn night leads to a terrifying encounter that will forever haunt the quiet valley.
