First book of the year and it's a witchy romance of course. I feel like paranormal romance it's my thing right now.

A really good sequel for The Ex Hex, while I thought I was going to dislike Wells I actually really liked him, and her interactions with Gwyn were hilarious.

The plot was mostly romance and I felt like, unlike The Ex Hex, this one was missing a bit more of the paranormal conflict, it started very late in the story and felt a bit rushed towards the end. Some things were left without an explanation or got solved very easily.

But what really threw me off was Wells having deep feelings for a girl with purple hair he didn't even remember who turned out to be Gwyn and she doesn't even tell him she is the purple hair girl.
