Absolute perfection!! The twists and turns do not stop!! I recommend this to ALL thriller lovers, I devoured it over a weekend, losing myself in the rich characters. It's a brilliant thriller that keeps the gasps coming till the very last page!

I've always been a fan of mystery and detective stories, and that along with a recommendation from a booktuber i like is what made me pick this one up. i have mixed feelings about this reading because i liked it, but there were some parts where it really bored me. i enjoyed the characters and the beginning and ending of the story, but the middle part felt empty. there wasn't much important information and i felt that the action was badly distributed, but overall it was a good reading. i foresaw some of the things that happened, but it was okay because the ones that i didn't expect were pretty impressive and it compensated it.

what i enjoyed the most was the ending. the last part of the book is the one i read the fastest because everything was happening at once and the author succesed at keeping me interested. but the very last chapter was the best. whenever i thought things would unfold in a way, the book proved me wrong, and i enjoyed that.

i'd recommend this book if you're interested in the genre.

I only enjoyed the first part of this book.
The reading experience was very very mediocre and i don't get why it had this much praise.

. The female characters are all too sexualized.
. The male characters were all creepy, no exceptions. And god those poems that Kimball wrote immediately made it drop to a 2 stars for me.
. There were chapters that were so filled with many unnecessary details that added nothing to the story.
. At times i felt bored, i have no idea how i made it through the last part of this book.
. The only "good" plot twist was the first. After Ted died it just became overdone and ridiculous, i rolled my eyes at each death that followed.
. The characters felt bland, none of them had a personality or anything special. I hated reading from their perspectives, especially Kimball.
Such an unnecessary, pointless and creepy character.
. My favourite characters were Ted and Brad Daggett, and they're both s••• so that's telling something.
