Synopsis

Lady Marianne Carstairs finds herself in an awkward position after inheriting from the late Earl of Melford. Her chosen trustee is the charming Justin, Lord Lunswick, which complicates matters. Having lived a simple life on a Yorkshire farm, Marianne is unprepared for the sophisticated world of the ton. Things become even more entangled when a scheme is devised to save Justin from the bewitching Aurelie St. Clair.
