3.5 stars Another book about vampires!?! That's what I screamed to myself when I decided I was going to read yet another story about vamps. But I am extremely glad I gave it an opportunity. It was entertaining and thrilling waiting to see what was going to do next our badass Asian heroine. I love how tough Allison is, she can handle herself and doesn't need any Prince Charming to come in her aid. Since the beginning she shows to be strong and brave, clinging to her humanity when the rest of the world has gone crazy and nobody seems to care about anything but surviving till the next day. The real challenge comes when she is turn into a vampire, how can you keep your humanity when you aren't even human anymore?
