The House on the Water

Esme has just come through a bitter divorce. Caroline is quietly wondering whether her own marriage will survive the discovery that her nineteen-year-old son is using drugs. The two friends have been inseparable for years, and a week in a beachfront house in Shoreham, Florida seems like exactly what they both need — so they book it, and invite Esme's brother Nick and his new husband Ford along to keep the mood light.
