Refreshing and unexpectedly heart-warming and inspiring...a buoyant version of Miguel Street

tragic events narrated from a child's innocent perspective. some left me heartbroken and some were quite funny. the writing was more than beautiful and I enjoyed the short chapters. I guess something in between 4-4.5.
