The character development in this one... Ugh.
Stroud is a genius! I think this is going to be my favorite out of the series. Lucy's Talent growing stronger, George's intelligence and Lockwood's softening and opening up, the skull's sarcastic commentary.. I enjoyed the ghost stories the most this time, they're richer and more complex. I don't know about the ending though. I don't like it when books end with an abrupt uncalled for cliffhanger.
