The Heart Between Us

Megan Jacobs, having received a heart transplant three years prior, still feels her life is on hold, living with her parents and dreaming of adventure. While her twin sister Crystal seems to have a perfect life, Megan finds unexpected inspiration when her heart donor's parents give her their late daughter's journal, complete with an unfulfilled bucket list. Motivated to honor the donor's memory and finally live fully, Megan begins checking off each item, with an old friend from her hospital days re-entering her life to encourage her journey.
