Synopsis

Maggie, Lady Hawkins, secretly skewers London society as Lemarc, the anonymous political cartoonist scandalizing Parliament — and her favorite target is Simon Barrett, Earl of Winchester, the man she once loved and believes betrayed her a decade ago. When Simon sets out to unmask the artist humiliating him in print, the two are thrown back together, and the old wounds — and the passion neither of them buried — resurface along with the truth about what really happened between them.
