I was unsure of how I wanted to rate this book. the story has such a twist to it that I wasn't 
expecting at all. since it is a quick listen you don't really think anything of it you don't think of the character development or the plot development. but at some point everything seems to pick up you learn a little bit about the character that makes you curious you learn a litle bit about the plot and the subplot that makes you want to keep listening. the narrator has a great way of bringing emotion into her voice so you believe some of the both negative and positive emotions noted. this is worth the read and in my opinion would be a great multi-series type book. since this is part of a collection and know that you do not need to listen to every story in the order that is published they are standalones.
