Synopsis

In 1840s New York, copper star Timothy Wilde finds himself entangled in a dangerous investigation when an arsonist targets a corrupt alderman. His involvement becomes even more complicated as his brother decides to run against the powerful leader, creating formidable enemies for both of them. Meanwhile, the unexpected arrival of Mercy Underhill, and her care for a troubled orphan, adds another layer of personal challenge to Wilde's already perilous life.
