Synopsis
Owen Jester captures a giant bullfrog, names it Tooley Graham, and then has to let it go. Determined to find his amphibious friend, Owen and two pals use a small submarine that mysteriously fell from a train to search for Tooley in a Georgia pond. Their adventure is complicated by a nosy neighbor, Viola, who seems to be everywhere.
