T. J. Klune's characteristic humor and heartfelt prose shine in this one. There were many hilarious moments where I had to stop myself from guffawing because my usual laugh is mess up enough (I sound like I'm having an asthma attack).

Nick, the protagonist, is a fanfiction writer, and his fic plays an important role in the plot of the novel. So, it's no wonder that he seems inspired by fanfiction favorite Stiles Stilinski. We all know how endearing and hilarious dear Stiles is, and thus, so it's our stumbling hero, Nick. His best friend Seth, on the other hand, seems to share traits and backstory with Stiles' best pal Scott MacCall and Spider-Man.

I loved the diversity and LGBT representation in all the different characters and the exploration of Stiles Nick's ADHD. I'm so on board with this fun series. I hope the next installment comes out soon.
