Synopsis
A heat wave has settled over the country when DS Jenna Morgan is called to a domestic incident at the home of a young family in Ironbridge. Imelda Cheetham-Epstein, who is pregnant, has been found unconscious by her husband Zak with serious head injuries.
At the scene Jenna finds something worse: the couple's eleven-month-old son Joshua is missing, and the race against time to find him begins. Was Imelda's injury an accident or something more deliberate, are the two incidents linked, and has something in the Cheetham-Epsteins' past caught up with them?
