Synopsis
Dean and Amber arrive at a quiet lakeside resort hoping a week away will do something for the cracks in their marriage. The place is almost empty. Their only company is the couple in the cabin next door: Sophie, warm and disarming, and Marc, who seems to be carefully saying nothing at all.
Amber cannot let it go. The more time the two couples spend together, the more the details fail to line up, and she starts digging into the pair's past with a persistence that begins to look like something other than curiosity.
The Couple in Cabin 14 is Nancy Savage's debut psychological thriller, set at the fictional Spring River Resort in Oregon. It is a closed-circle story about a marriage and a mystery unravelling at the same pace.
