The City, Not Long After
Nearly two decades after a plague emptied San Francisco, the city has been reclaimed by a community of artists who live in peace. They create enormous, mobile sculptures and have built a quiet utopia. Their way of life is threatened when a militaristic general arrives, intending to conquer the city and impose his own brand of order. The artists must find a way to fight back, aided by a strange young woman who can see the city's ghosts.
