Synopsis

The Christmas Pact is a standalone holiday romance novella co-written by Vi Keeland and Penelope Ward.

Riley Kennedy's inbox is a running annoyance: her emails keep landing with a colleague named Kennedy Riley, who forwards them back with unsolicited commentary and advice she did not ask for. They have never met. When they finally come face to face at the company holiday party, he turns out to be as good-looking as he is infuriating.

Kennedy talks her into a deal. He will come home with her for Christmas and pretend to be her boyfriend; in exchange, she will be his date at a wedding. The arrangement is supposed to be strictly transactional, and predictably is not. It is a short, banter-driven fake-dating romance with the two leads' near-identical names as its running joke.
