Do not be fooled. This is a book about death and grieving.
Elin Hilderbrand is queen of the beach read, with her settings perfect for a summer read. This one however, had very little to do with the setting. At the beginning, two people are dead. The entire book is about the dead people's friends working through their grief. That's it.
I didn't enjoy reading about grief. So, I didn't enjoy this book.
Also, she had these odd places! With exclamation points! That didn't seem like they should be there! It was just! Weird!
