Synopsis

Months after her near-fatal encounter with the killer known as the Bayou Butcher, forensic pathologist Dr. Wren Muller is still recovering, physically and mentally, when the murders start again, this time in Massachusetts. Working with Detective John Leroux, Wren throws herself back into the hunt even as she struggles with the aftermath of what she survived. As fresh victims turn up across two states, Wren realizes the only way forward is to face her pursuer directly, unaware that she may be walking straight into his trap.
