The Bet: Daegan, Gideon and Anwyn Vignette

This is a free novella revisiting the characters from the Vampire Queen series, specifically Vampire Mistress and Vampire Trinity, Books 5 and 6. It is posted on Joey W. Hill's website under http://storywitch.com/series-cantrips. Two volumes containing ALL the novella and short story character revisits written through 2016 are available for sale in ebook and print, but you can scroll below Cantrips 1 & 2 to find the individual stories still available as FREE downloads in the most common ebook formats.

In Bound by the Vampire Queen, Gideon won a bet with his Master. We get to see Daegan fulfill the terms.
