This book was fast paced and ction packed with the Protagonist Alma, a spy, is trying to find who is stealing opium from her boss. She doesn't shy away from sexual encounters with people while trying to bring out the truth. I didn't find the protagonist appealing, also violence is well depicted but it wasn't intriguing.
I give it 2.5stars out of 5.
