Synopsis
What starts as an ordinary family picnic turns into a crisis when Ferdy Factual and Actual Factual's ant-breeding experiment escapes and multiplies out of control, unleashing a horde of aggressive, rapidly-breeding hybrid ants across Bear Country. As the bugs devour everything in sight and bite unsuspecting bears in the process, Mayor Honeypot authorizes Actual Factual to bring in Bugsy X Terminator, the local exterminator, to save the town.
Panic spreads through Beartown as the Bear family and their neighbors scramble to contain the infestation before it's too late. A lighthearted chapter-book entry in the long-running Berenstain Bears series.
