It was one of the light reads that I selected while reading finance non-fictions. It was a good book but seems like could be better. After the introduction of Alice, book was not edited properly. There is one paragraph where Alice is having dinner with her husband in a restaurant and suddenly in the next paragraph without any context is in Monica's cafe. Another problem I had was after saving Mrs. Wu's bag in Paris, Benji and Biming are not mentioned even once until the climax.

This book was written with a lot of inputs from people coming from different professions and it shows in the writing in the first half of the book. The references to shows, other books, authors, paintings, events in history was really wonderful to read about. One star in 3.5🌟 is for that. Writing is intelligent until Paris trip. I was reading the book and thought this women(author) is so intelligent, I feel like connecting with her somehow because I think we could be friends.

Also, the character of Monica is very much like Monica from F. R. I. E. N. D. S.. They are bossy, cleanliness freaks, all tins in their cabinets face outwards, chef, and many more.
