This thriller/suspense whodunnit was so good!! It follows Jules and Quinn and the small town they live in, where everyone is on pins and needles each year as May 1st approaches. That’s the day the serial killer either strikes again or comes back for the victims he spared the first time… and Jules happens to be one of them.

We follow their lives over multiple years as the tension builds, all leading up to an unexpected twist at the end. Maybe it’s the true crime junkie in me, but I absolutely devoured this book. I finished it in two days and was completely satisfied from start to finish! One of my top reads so far this year.
